Delete your Traksta account and data

01Delete from within the app

1. Open Traksta.
2. Go to Profile → Settings → Account.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm. Your account and data are removed as described below.

02Delete without the app

If you no longer have Traksta installed, email hello@traksta.app from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We verify the request and confirm when it’s done.

03What is deleted

• Your account and profile, including your email address.
• All workout logs, exercise history, and body-metric entries.
• Analytics identifiers and product-usage events tied to your account.
• Subscription and purchase records we hold for your account.

04What is kept, and for how long

• Records we are legally required to retain (for example, transaction and tax records under Austrian law) are kept for the applicable statutory period and then deleted.
• Purchase records held by Apple or Google as the seller of your subscription sit with those platforms and are governed by their policies, not Traksta’s.
• Data that has been aggregated or anonymised so that it can no longer identify you may be retained.

05Timeline

Your data is removed from our production systems within 30 days of the request, and purged from encrypted backups within 90 days.
